Job Description

Individual contributor
  • Develop cloud-based products for global market who can take ownership of the product stack and ensure high quality deliveries consistently.
  • Develop & overseeing new feature development from conception to implementation.
  • Design and develop SaaS architecture, and providing guidance on technical issues.
  • Achieves Product milestones with excellent quality and within predictable timeline.
  • Ramp up new resources and put them on path of product contribution in short time.
  • Brings in efficiency in dev-ops.
  • Hands-on developer with excellent coding skills.
  • Brings in new industry practices and changes wherever required.
  • Ensure that documentation and code delivered by team meets the quality bar.
Technical Skills
  • Experience on core web technologies like HTML, JS, PHP.
  • Having good understanding of Python/C++ is desirable.
  • Experience in at least one of the major cloud services like AWS/Azure/Google etc.
  • Has hands-on experience of developing & deployment of SaaS based services.
  • Having some understanding of Digital Video/captions is a big plus but not mandatory.
  • Exposure to UML design tools like Visual Paradigm is desirable.


Soft Skills
  • Strong organizational skills required; including good time management skills, ability and comfort interacting with all levels of management.
  • Mature, ability to understand business perspective of requirements and interpersonal relationships when interacting with non-team members.
  • Good in Project/module planning.
  • Excellent writing and verbal skills.
  • Has good knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodology.
  • Has experience of leading team of developers at least for 2 years.
  • Has an overall experience of at least 6-8 years in software development.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot problems or bugs with the team.
  • Demonstratable Analytical skill.
  • Provides technical leadership and mentoring junior developers.
  • Show exemplary Leadership quality to build up a young team of developers and mentor them.
  • BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech from reputed engineering college.
  • Consistently good academic record having minimum 70% throughout (10th std onwards)
